Great article. Incredibly insightful, and I’m looking forward to exploring them further. To confirm, “Develop ninja mastery at not giving a f*ck when you’re alone.” I’m a bit confused and looking for confirmation that this means complaining privately leads to complaining publicly, as complaining privately is unhelpful, so STOP?
Thanks Jeffrey. It's about not succumbing to negative or doubtful thoughts when alone, as it's easy to fall into overthinking when alone. Be present or do things instead.
Thank you for this. I found it really helpful. I am interested in what you said about Andrew Tate, and that part where you say you agree with a lot of what he has to say. What is it that you agree with that he has said? Am just interested.
lost me at "Andrew Tate took it the wrong way, failing to see the nuance and thinking I’d given up on life. Rather ironic, given I agree with a lot of what he has to say."
Love the bit about life being a dream, I'm definitely going to explore the science behind that one!
On the days that I remember to slow down, I feel much calmer. And get more done, just calmly going from one task to another. It's quite relaxing.
that's a great place to explore!
I was thinking about it last night, and couldn’t quite remember how you phrased it, so I’ve copied and pasted to my OneNote.
Love your graphics!
thanks!
‘Slow down- give your self time to process- now you have an unfair advantage.’ Brilliant

Brilliant. I’ve unfortunately lived off this shortcoming for a significant portion of my life. Much appreciated. Thank you.
Of course Tate took it wrong...
Excellent advice for the new year!
thanks!
‘…make life 100% better’? Why would you phrase it like that?
Lets live to love the present and love to be alone.
Alone but not lonely.
Enjoy your space.
big difference!

lots of things - few people are ever totally wrong.
"As A Man Thinketh", James Allen, is still one of the best of the classics on your thoughts become your reality.

Thanks for this one Alex!
no worries
Re: "Slow down your physical movements."
I once read - Visualize James Bond walking through a casino. Slow everything down, like walking underwater in a swimming pool.

"clothed chimps on crack".
Now I can give definition to the malady of madness that has kept me in the mental move to nowhere.
Thank you for the read !
